Returns

These have to be signed for.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. In this case you must return the product to us unused, undamaged and in its original packaging at your own cost, unless otherwise stated. Once the returned product has been received by our customer service department and we are satisfied with the returned product (s) condition, you will be fully refunded for the product, excluding the delivery cost. No items that have been embossed can be returned.

Terms of sale

Product prices do not include delivery cost. A single delivery cost will be added to your order regardless of the number of items in the order.

Governing law

Terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law. Any disputes in relation with this website will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Repairs

WW products are built to last! If on the occasion something happens within the first year to a manufacturing error, we will fix it for free of charge. In the following years if we can repair products, you will be advised on the price.

Product variation

We try to ensure the leather is as seen on the WW website but occasionally the Leather can vary slightly in colour and texture. Being vegetable tan leather and a natural product it is a little more prone to slight colour variation. Also there can be subtle differences in the natural marks that show up on the different hides.

Accuracy of information

We try to make sure every description is as accurate as possible, but all sizes and measurements are approximate. This website is only to be used for lawful and proper use, including complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK.

Disclaimer of warranty

All our information services and materials are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind.

Intellectual property

All the logos, text graphics, images (content) of this website is property of Worthington Walker owned by Vanessa Worthington. None of the content can be used in anyway- such as copied, reproduced, sold or re-sold, modified in any way.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. You are only asked for basic information such as name, address, email, phone number for purchasing and processing your order. We have no access to your card details -they are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. We collect the following information to process and fill your order including shipping and payment processing. Also to communicate with you about your order, enquiries, and customer service requests. Also to send you promotional materials, special offers, or updates (with your consent, where required by law).
